Discovering your best senior living choice involves an important consideration of both cost and value. At a VIVA! Community you will enjoy a host of services inclusive within the monthly rental fee. Three freshly prepared meals served restaurant style in the dining room, with snacks available at any time, weekly housekeeping & laundry service, daily activities and exercise programs, scheduled transportation, maintenance and landscape care are part of the comfort and well-being within the community.

Levels of care are determined individually upon a residents' personal needs. VIVA! uses a point value system which charges only for the specific needs of each individual. Many companies charge in tiers, bumping up charges by groupings of needs rather than by individual assessments.
