Food is one of our greatest delights at every age. To create meals and dining experiences that are fresh, delicious, memorable and nutritious is our unique challenge and distinction. Our chefs have many years of working with our elder generation and they know the comfort foods that bring smiles and memories. Our "Food for Thought" and "Menu Makers" resident groups meet monthly to help shape the menus and offer special requests and even favorite recipes. Menus are rich with daily offerings of the delicious and nutrient-dense SuperFoodstm that we all are hearing about on the news as the "best medicine" for optimal lifespan and health-span.

Three Fresh & Delicious meals are served every day with 24 hour snacks available.
Resident participation is key to the menu creation.
SuperFoodstm, for brain health and heart health are a part of every meal, every day.
Heart Healthy choices, as well as low-salt and low-sugar options are always available.
Family Gatherings are regular events for families to join us for special holidays and celebrations.
The Private Dining Room is available for small gatherings of your choice.
Fresh and Delicious is our hallmark in dining. Food is pleasure, and these "superfoods" and their healthful relations are the nutritional celebrities that bring extra value and goodness to each meal. There is a powerful convergence of thought among doctors and researchers that good foods can be good medicine for cognitive and physical health. From the Bestseller:
